Return Policy for In-Store Purchases

If you're not happy with your purchase, we're more than happy to help you. Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days. No consideration is given to returns after the 7 day period.

We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a store credit. Items should be in unused condition with original tags. Jewelry must have original tags in order to be considered for a return or exchange.

If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it without a gift receipt, we will try find a matching sale within our system. If we cannot find a match, we will not exchange or issue a store credit for that item. Gift items returned after the 7 day period will only be considered for a return on a case-by-case basis.

Books, seasonal (holiday), edibles, spa and discounted items are considered a final sale.

We are not responsible for items that break or become defective thirty (30) days after the purchase date.

Return Policy for Online Orders

We only do exchanges if the product is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and then reorder the new item.

Returns are available for ONLINE CREDIT only in the form of an online gift card. Gift cards for the website cannot be used at our store location.

Items purchased ONLINE cannot be returned to the store.

Any items purchased through this website must be returned to 5015 Hughes Crossing, Suite 135 Franklin, TN 37064. Please continue reading for instructions for how to initiate a return.

Items are eligible for a return within 10 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Please continue reading for further instructions.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include: 

  • Gift cards
  • Bath + Body items
  • Books and cookbooks
  • Seasonal (not limited to but including Valentine's, Easter, July 4th, Fall/Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas
  • Items purchased at a discount
  • Candles
  • Jewelry
  • Original art
Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When you are approved, then your refund will be processed.  An online store credit will automatically be applied to a gift card for use on the website only.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. 

Exchanges/Refunds for Defective Items 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We try our best to package your shipment as safely as possible but sometimes items do get damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopabbyleigh@comcast.net with pictures of the defective/damaged item including the original packaging. We will email you a prepaid label with a RMA number. We must hear from you within 10 days of the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Your returned item must be received within 10 days after we send the prepaid label.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card for the website will be emailed to you. 

Return Instructions
You must email us at shopabbyleigh@comcast.net within 10 days from the delivery date to initiate the return. Please include the following in your email…

  • Your name and order date
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return/exchange

After you receive your RMA number, please send your product to: 5015 Hughes Crossing, Suite 135, Franklin TN 37064, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your return and see that it is in the original condition, a refund less the original shipping costs will be issued. Please be sure to package the return carefully as it is your responsibility to make sure we receive the return in the original condition. If the item is damaged during shipment to us, we will not be able to issue a refund to you. Also, it is your responsibility to buy whatever insurance and tracking necessary so the package can be tracked and shown as “delivered” to us. We will not track any returns and will not issue a refund until it has been shown as “delivered”.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item until there is some form of tracking.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you wish to cancel your online order, please send us an email at shopabbyleigh@comcast.net by Noon (12:00) CST on the day following your order. After that time, all orders will be consider processed and cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Address

If for some reason you entered your shipping address incorrectly and the order is returned to us, we will contact you for the correct address and the costs associated with reshipping the package.
